  Company's an absolute joke, completely do not see the point in them even operating, the engineers are inexperienced and have no clue what they are doing, and that's when they come out! I don't get much time off work and actually stayed in waiting this evening rather than going out for a meal just to ring them at 8:20 to ask if they were still coming to which they advised "unfortunately' he isn't going to make it this evening, thanks for telling me, nice to be informed. Going on a rant here but there really is no point you may as well pay for it, you've got more chance kicking water up hill than getting these guys out affinity Sutton aren't any better but that's a different story all together. If you want something done properly... In fact just do not even waste your time - it's a joke would you like a tea? The guy stands there drinking a tea chatting (friendly enough) and advised me after finishing his tea that the problem is down to the water supply..no it's not you just want to bugger off home either that or you think everyone is thick.. Funny the waters fine until heated what does that tell you, and your supposed to be the engineers! That was the first appointment, you have no idea how many times these guys have been out and not done a single thing or simply just not turning up, the boiler in this property has been temperamental for almost 9 years (I knew the previous tenants) what you should be doing is checking the notes and recognizing that there is a problem and start taking some responsibility.
  
  More of a rant than a review but I really do not see the point in using and it's getting to a stage where I know it's free but worth saving time. Joke.
